Responsibilities:
- Oversee all marketing campaigns for the company.
- Responsible for the growth of our sales and mange whole marketing activities.
- Develop and execute marketing plans to attract and retain clients.
- Brainstorm ideas for new campaign
- Analyze market trends and client s feedback.
- BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field.
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creativity devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage educate and motivate.
- Reviewing progress and success of a campaign making adjustments or pitching ideas for new campaigns as necessary.
- Proven record of successful sales projects.
- Conducting market research to determine a target audience s needs wants habits or interests.
- Must have an experience in the sale of hardware Bathroom
- Uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in Sales & Marketing.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Excellent communication leadership and collaboration skills.
- Previous experience of 35 years as a Sales & Marketing Executive role is preferred.
- Have the skill to find customer online.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Need to be familiar with ground promotion.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Having a driver s license will be an added advantage.
