Requirements

We are seeking an experienced UKG/Kronos WFM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the implementation and support of the UKG/Kronos Workforce Management (WFM) solution specifically in modules such as Timekeeping Accruals and Attendance. You will be responsible for managing developing and supporting WFM solutions for clients in the Retail and Manufacturing sectors ensuring smooth operations and system functionality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support UKG/Kronos WFM packages for clients in various industries with a focus on Retail and Manufacturing sectors.
  • Configure maintain and troubleshoot modules like Timekeeping Accruals and Attendance to meet client requirements.
  • Work as a Developer or Support Analyst in WFM projects ensuring systems are up and running and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and system maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of WFM systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design implement and configure WFM solutions aligned with client business needs.
  • Assist in gathering business requirements testing configurations and delivering enduser training.
  • Ensure that integrations with other HR or payroll systems are successful and efficient.
  • Provide troubleshooting and issue resolution for WFM applications working directly with internal teams and clients.
  • Deliver WFM projects on time within scope and in alignment with industry best practices.

Mandatory Skills:

  • UKG/Kronos Dimensions (Pro WFM) experience including implementation configuration and ongoing support.
  • Deep understanding and handson experience with Timekeeping Accruals and Attendance modules.
  • Proven experience in WFM projects especially for Retail and Manufacturing clients.
  • Strong background as a Developer or Support Analyst in WFM projects.

Desired/Secondary Skills:

  • Experience handling WFM projects for global clients particularly those operating in the EU and APAC regions.
  • Experience in upgrading from UKG Workforce Central or ADP Etime to UKG Dimensions (Pro WFM).
  • Knowledge of industry best practices for WFM systems in retail and manufacturing environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams stakeholders and clients.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management or leading WFM projects would be advantageous.
  • Certification in UKG/Kronos WFM products is a plus.
