As an SAP Sales Consultant you will be responsible for driving sales of SAP solutions identifying business opportunities building client relationships and ensuring successful implementation of SAP products. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and position SAP solutions effectively to help them achieve digital transformation and operational efficiency.
Sales & Business Development:
Identify qualify and close new SAP sales opportunities.
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive SAP product and service adoption.
Generate leads through networking cold calls referrals and digital marketing initiatives.
Client Engagement & Solution Selling:
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate SAP solutions (SAP S/4HANA SAP SuccessFactors SAP C4C etc.).
Conduct product demos presentations and value proposition discussions.
Collaborate with presales and technical teams to develop customized SAP solutions.
Partnership & Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with Clevel executives IT heads and decisionmakers.
Engage with SAP partners and resellers to expand market reach.
Ensure customer satisfaction and manage longterm client relationships.
Proposal & Contract Management:
Prepare RFPs RFIs and business proposals for SAP solutions.
Negotiate contracts pricing and SLAs in alignment with company policies.
Work with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
Stay updated on SAP product developments industry trends and competitor strategies.
Provide feedback to marketing and product teams to enhance solution offerings.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelors or Master s degree in Business IT Sales or related fields.
Experience: 3 10 years in SAP sales business development or consulting.
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with SAP ERP solutions (S/4HANA SAP SuccessFactors SAP C4C SAP BTP etc.).
Understanding of cloud vs. onpremise SAP implementations.
Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong consultative selling persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Networking & Relationship Building: Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and decisionmakers.
TargetDriven: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
SAP Sales or PreSales certification (preferred).
Experience working with SAP Partners or SAP resellers.
