Job Description:
We are seeking a parttime Customer Support and Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills and experience with ecommerce platforms particularly Shopify. They will be responsible for responding to customer emails updating orders performing administrative tasks and scheduling meetings for the cofounders.
Responsibilities
- Responding to customer emails promptly and professionally.
- Updating and managing orders in Shopify.
- Performing various administrative tasks for the cofounders.
- Scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
Requirements
- Excellent written English skills and be able to adapt to an American tone in both writing and communication.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms especially Shopify. Other software includes recharge rebuy klaviyo gsuite slack.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proactive mindset with keen attention to detail.
