Drawing on more than 20 years of industry expertise this organisation is growing at a phenomenal rate. This is a new position set up to accommodate the spate of inbound customer interest. As this function is a new one in your role as Head of Funnel Management you will have a clean slate to hire your own team of SDR s and create the perfect business unit
What you will be doing:
- Manage daytoday operations of an inhouse inside sales team.
- Oversee lead management and outbound calling/contacting campaigns.
- Initially focused to respond to SA and UK client queries this role in time will expand to cover other global regions
- Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer to increase marketingsourced deals.
What our client is looking for:
- Itd be great if you had a relevant degree or diploma but it isn t essential.
- Experience in funnel management ideally in the software industry.
- Confident and selfmotivated with strong problemsolving skills.
- Excited to shape a new business unit and build it from scratch.
- Resultsoriented and comfortable using systems and reporting to track progress.
- Working on both qualified inbound and outbound lead generation to set up initial meetings for the business.
- Experience in recruiting training and mentoring/developing new SDRs as the team will mostly consist of interns.
- Strong team player who can work closely with both marketing and sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with sales development tools any product would be great such as Apollo.io Marketo Pardot Hubspot and LinkedIn would be awesome.
