Job Description
- Handling the calls with good communication skills professionally can speak fluently in English/Hindi English/Telugu English/Tamil & English/Malayalam languages.
- Help patients on booking appointments or an enquiry on inbound Calls/Outbound calls/Email.
- Shift hours 24/7for male employees. Rotational day shift for female employees (any 9 hours login between 6 am to 9 pm)
- Working days: 6 days with 1 day rotational off
- Shift Allocated :Rotational day shift
- Mode of work: Work from office
- Employment Type : Permanent
- Educational mandate: any HSC/Graduate/Post Graduate can apply
- 100% Documentation
