Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Voice Process Associate for our night shift operations in Pune. As a Voice Process Associate you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls during the night hours providing exceptional customer service resolving inquiries promptly and maintaining accurate records of interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently during night shifts.
Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our system.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
Ability to work effectively during night shifts.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customercentric approach.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
