Overview:
As a Lead Generation Specialist in the International Voice Process you will play a crucial role in generating potential leads and driving sales through effective communication and customer service. Your responsibilities will contribute significantly to the companys growth and expansion in the global market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential leads and qualify prospects
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through proactive prospecting and networking
- Effectively communicate product/service benefits and tailor pitch to meet client needs
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and objectives
- Provide excellent customer service and address any queries or concerns
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage lead activities and progress
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends
- Participate in regular training and skill development sessions
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
- Proven experience in lead generation or sales preferably in an international voice process
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fastpaced targetdriven environment
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones
