Voice Process Associate (US Process)
Location: Infopark Kochi
Experience: Minimum 1 year in International Voice Process
Salary: up to: 35000 per month
Working Days: 5 Days (Rotational Shift)
Qualification: Bachelors Degree
Excellent English fluency both verbal and written
Job Description:
We are looking for Process Associates to join our team in the KYC. As a Process Associate you will be responsible for verifying customer documents as part of the Visa process ensuring all required documents are accurately processed in compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year experience in International Voice Process
- English fluency both verbal and written.
- Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience in document verification KYC or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory
