Job Description
Be part of global process solution team for consulting coordination and facilitation of Intralogistics to Demand (Warehouse Management) process standardization and be part of global / local project rollouts on SAP R/3 S/4HANA
Contribution to Projects rollout / implementation
- Active participation with global project team for project rollout process consulting data cleansing activities support in migration and testing during Go Live and stabilization
- Consultant for global rollout projects and process improvement deployments for Intralogistics to Demand (Warehouse Management)
Process Solution Management
- Ensure standard BBM business processes is adopted on SAP system with high quality and minimum variants (BBMBosch Business Mobility Solutions)
- Work on sustainable improvements for the business to initiate new process change requirements for the process chain.
- Develop deploy and support crossdivisional solutions within the Bosch Business Mobility Sector. Strive for lean processes and best in class standard
- Participate and contribute for BR (Business Requirement) developments for the process chain
- Take lead in coordinating and addressing any India specific requirement of the process chain
- Experience in Warehouse Management physical logistics processes Inventory Management packaging and knowledge on RFID solutions.
Process Incident Management
- Resolution of process incidents able to solve problems intuitively and guide /advice internally and find solutions
- Provide knowledge base for problems and support for solution
Communication and Organization Change Management
- Open communication (sharing information approaching people network across divisions and functions) and high customer orientation
- Actively communicate with other SAP cross module consulting teams for solutions
- Identify training needs and provide expertise for training measures in close collaboration with Process Owner Process Delegates Process Chain Manager
- Mentor the process support organization from business to acquire the required competency through consultation and training.
- Active contribution in regular global / local process chain meetings
Qualifications :
- BE / B.Tech in any Discipline / MCA MCM with functional experience logistics / warehouse management area. BSc/BCom graduates postgraduates with relevant experience in logistics SAP Warehouse Management can also apply
- Excellent Knowledge in SAP R/3 S4 HANA in logistics / warehouse management (SAP certification preferred)
- Project experience in rollout and implementation of SAP R/3 S/4HANA
- Overall experience in Business process IT & related services & project management about 58 years:
- Business process experience in the areas of Logistics (Warehouse Management / Experience as a Process Expert or Key user in sales area
- German Language A1 preferred
