- Hire to retire experience mandatory.
- Experience in US HR operations (I9 process)
- Hands on experience in Workday
- experience in Employee Lifecycle concept drafting SOPs or process maps and severance pay.
- understanding in key HR operations like data changes background verification and termination processes.
- Flexible to work in US shift(Night shift)
