JOB SUMMARY:
Priority Accounts Specialists ensure that the companys most valued clients receive exceptional customer service by monitoring the day to day progress and resolution of their concerns through constant coordination with departments handling transfer of land title project construction property management bank application legal account adjustment and the like.
KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Investigates reviews and resolves escalated/ specialized inquiries requests and concerns through appropriate unit coordination (e.g. Title Transfer Refund HLURB Cases Filinvest Premier Projects Management etc.)
- Prepares and provides performance reports to management
- Performs other administrative functions and other tasks that maybe assigned by the Service Desk Head
- Evaluates current processes and plans directs implements and monitors unit process improvements
- Encourages motivates and maintains a professional demeanor and atmosphere within the unit and department
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
- High level of skill to manage accounts by organizing resources and activities
- High sense of responsibility and urgency in dealing with external and internal clients
- High comprehension and interpretation of verbal and written communication by client

EDUCATION TRAININGS LICENSES REQUIRED:
- Bachelors Degree in any businessrelated course such as Marketing Management Business Administration/Management HRM AB Psychology etc.
