About the Job

We are looking for a dynamic and detailoriented Officer People Operations to join our team! In this pivotal role you will support and enhance our People Operations and administrative functions contributing to a seamless workplace experience. Your responsibilities will span HR operations and office management ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional employee support.

Key Responsibilities

People Operations:

  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes including the preparation and management of employment agreements Certificates of Employment (COE) and other necessary documentation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries providing timely and proactive communication.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records including personal information job details and performance evaluations both in the HRIS and physical files.
  • Manage monthly governmentmandated contributions and address any related concerns efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws company policies and HR best practices fostering a fair and legally compliant work environment.
  • Support the review maintenance and updates of company policies and employee handbooks to reflect current regulations and organizational needs.

Office Management:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure a smooth and efficient office environment.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment maintaining a clean organized and wellstocked workspace.
  • Address and coordinate office leaserelated matters promptly and effectively.
  • Assist in planning organizing and executing companywide events.
  • Handle internal communications including memos announcements and emails ensuring clear and timely dissemination of information.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners building strong relationships to meet organizational needs.
  • Provide assistance with projects reports and ad hoc tasks to support the team and overall company goals.




Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2 3 years of proven experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Handson experience managing office supplies and vendor relationships.
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and governmentmandated benefits.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with employees and external partners.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proactive problemsolving skills and a resultsoriented mindset.
  • Commitment to upholding confidentiality and safeguarding company information.

Working Conditions:

  • Fulltime position
  • Onsite work 5 days a week (Makati/BGC)
