Ecommerce Administrator

About the Role:
We are looking for a detailoriented and proactive Ecommerce Administrator to oversee the daytoday operations of our online store. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless customer experience managing product listings and maintaining the overall functionality of our ecommerce platform.
Responsibilities:
- Product Management:
- Upload update and maintain accurate product information descriptions pricing and images across the ecommerce platform.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Platform Management:
- Ensure the ecommerce site is functioning correctly troubleshoot issues and liaise with technical teams for resolutions.
- Optimize the user experience by maintaining site navigation search functionality and overall usability.
- Order Processing:
- Manage the order lifecycle including processing fulfillment coordination and monitoring shipping and delivery statuses.
- Resolve customer issues related to orders returns and refunds in a timely and professional manner.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze key metrics such as traffic conversion rates and sales performance providing regular reports and insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve site performance and implement optimizations.
- Promotions & Marketing Support:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions discounts and special offers on the platform.
- Ensure the website reflects current campaigns product launches and seasonal updates.
- Customer Support:
- Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly maintaining a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Compliance & Security:
- Ensure the platform complies with relevant data protection and ecommerce regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing IT or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in ecommerce administration or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify WooCommerce Magento) and familiarity with CMS tools.
- Knowledge of basic SEO principles and digital marketing practices.
- Excellent organizational analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
