Job Description

Red Ember Recruitment is seeking to hire an Office Administrator based at the client in Kuilsriver.
  • Manage and maintain insurance policies for various properties.
  • Liaise with municipalities Eskom and the Community Schemes Ombud Service (CSOS).
  • Handle a high volume of invoices ensuring accurate processing and timely payments.
  • Provide general administrative support related to property management tasks.
  • Assist with recordkeeping documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate communication with tenants service providers and stakeholders.
  • Support property managers with adhoc administrative tasks as needed.


Requirements

  • Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in Afrikaans and English.
  • Experience in WeConnectU and general computer literacy MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
  • Strong administrative and multitasking skills.
  • Must be able to multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize between urgent and notsourgent matters/tasks.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong driven personality with excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
  • Valid driver s license and reliable transport.
  • You must be adaptable able to work independently and handle pressure in a fastpaced environment.

Support property managers with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in the property sector. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software (if applicable). Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
