Job Description
- Lead the design implementation and management of enterpriselevel cloud platform solutions ensuring optimal performance scalability and security.
- Oversee the architecture and integration of both frontend and backend cloudbased applications ensuring seamless connectivity and user experience.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to build deploy and maintain cloud environments ensuring they meet business needs and technical requirements.
- Manage cloud platform services including provisioning monitoring and optimization to ensure reliable performance and costefficiency.
- Ensure adherence to security best practices ensuring data protection access control and compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloudrelated issues providing advanced technical support to both internal teams and external clients.
- Implement automation tools and scripts to improve deployment processes monitoring and management of cloud environments.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend emerging cloud technologies and services that align with the organization s strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation on cloud platform configurations processes and policies.
- Mentor and guide junior cloud administrators promoting best practices and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- Qualification: Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) in Cloud Platform
- Experience: 8 years
- Cloud Platform Solutions: Extensive experience in implementing and managing cloud services such as Microsoft Azure AWS or Google Cloud.
- Frontend/Backend Solutions: Expertise in developing and integrating cloudbased frontend (userfacing) and backend (serverside) applications.
- Automation and Scripting: Proficiency in automation tools such as PowerShell Bash or Python to streamline cloud operations.
- Cloud Security: Strong knowledge of cloud security protocols identity management and access controls.
- Monitoring and Optimization: Experience with cloud monitoring tools and best practices for performance tuning and cost management.
- Compliance and Governance: Familiarity with industry regulations (e.g. GDPR HIPAA) and IT governance frameworks.
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and nontechnical teams.
- Advanced problemsolving and analytical skills with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Continuous learning mindset with a passion for cloud technology advancements.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a specialized ICT support role. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex ICT issues. Experience in developing and delivering tailored ICT solutions for diverse organizational needs. Key Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple ad-hoc requests effectively.
Education
Qualifications and Experience: Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
