About the Role:
Step into the world of customer service excellence as a Lisbonbased Customer Service Agent. This role focuses on providing tailored B2B technical support to help clients sustain and grow their businesses. As part of your responsibilities youll handle client interactions through email and chat converting complex cases into outbound calls to deliver whiteglove support. What Youll Do:
- Respond: Address challenging client inquiries via email and chat.
- Engage: Convert interactions into outbound calls to provide proactive personalized support.
- Solve: Resolve technical issues report bugs and provide guidance on selfservice advertising tools.
- Collaborate: Work closely with a diverse multilingual team supporting SMBs across various channels.
- Multitask: Utilize multiple tools and manage concurrent tasks effectively.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Training Program: 92.80 EUR per week during a 15day training period (8 hours/day in English).
- Salary: 104068 EUR gross/month including base salary room allowance holiday allowance Christmas allowance and meal allowance.

Qualifications:
- A native or fluent speaker of Polish (C1)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2).
- Ability to solve problems proactively and efficiently.
- Customercentric and a team player.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (Office suite email).

Work Schedule:
- Hours: 40 hours/week 8hour shifts 5 working days per week.
- Shifts: Monday to Sunday between 6:00 AM and 12:00 AM (rotational shifts).
- Days Off: Two days off per week prescheduled by the shift manager.
Holidays:
- Portuguese public holidays apply.
- Compensation days for working on public holidays.
- Up to 22 vacation days per year based on contract terms and length of service.
