Work model: In the office in Warsaw after stabilization (36 months) hybrid 50/50
Tasks:
Perform inbound calls chats in Danish
Advise partners on flights products prices fares rules and online services contributing to the
success of our client.
Change the reservation both in time and destination change of personal data
Handle special service requests (wheelchairs special assistance animals)
Deal with cancellation and refund of tickets
Help in purchasing airline tickets and handling different payment methods.
Support customers with travel difficulties.
Requirements:
Danish C1 (both spoken and written)
English B2
Excellent technical skills (MS Office Browsers general computer skills)
Positive energy enjoy communicating with customers and colleagues
Previous experience in Customer service digital service platforms and CRM tools is an advantage
