Job Description
Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Experience: 4 to 10 years
Salary Range: 20 LPA 30 LPA
Location: Bangalore
Employment Type: FullTime
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to help analyze business needs and work with teams to find effective solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong problemsolving and communication skills along with experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand business needs and document requirements.
Analyze data and workflows to find improvements.
Work with IT teams and developers to implement solutions.
Conduct meetings with stakeholders and present findings.
Support testing and ensure smooth project implementation.
Identify risks and suggest solutions.
Create reports and dashboards as needed.
Key Requirements:
4 to 10 years of experience in business analysis and process improvement.
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience with tools like JIRA Confluence and Visio.
Good communication and problemsolving skills.
Basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis is a plus.
Industry experience in Specify Industry is preferred.
Certifications like CBAP CCBA PMIPBA are a plus.
