Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems
- Stay updated on new releases and proactively test new features
- Maintain detailed and verifiable documentation of all tests
- Communicate effectively in English both written and verbal
- Monitor and analyze mobile devices and operating systems (iOS and Android)
- Utilise MS applications and basic infrastructure knowledge in daily tasks
- Take ownership and responsibility for completed tasks
