About the Role
TechnicaX is seeking a highly talented Senior iOS Developer with a minimum of 5 years of core experience in iOS development. The successful candidate will work on innovative and largescale applications for one of our valued US clients. The position requires an immediate start with the flexibility to align with US time zones. We are looking for thorough professionals who can bring diverse experience and contribute effectively within a team setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of cuttingedge iOS applications.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features according to client needs.
- Integrate thirdparty APIs and ensure seamless interaction between mobile applications and backend services.
- Conduct rigorous unit testing for code robustness addressing edge cases usability and overall reliability.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies to continuously improve development processes and application performance.
- Quickly identify and resolve technical issues within existing applications.
- Mentor junior developers and take charge of project teams as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in iOS app development with a strong portfolio showcasing enterpriselevel projects.
- Proficiency in Swift programming language is mandatory.
- Extensive experience with the iOS SDK and a strong understanding of different iOS devices and screen sizes.
- Expertise in developing applications using RESTful APIs for backend integration.
- Strong command of iOS UI design principles patterns and best practices.
- Experience with Core Data offline storage solutions multithreading and performance optimization techniques.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Experience with push notification systems and cloud messaging APIs.
- Solid understanding of version control systems particularly Git.
- Familiarity with continuous integration tools and methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering projects for large enterprise clients with diverse requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in modern development methodologies such as Agile/Scrum.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the capacity to lead complex project initiatives.
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to present a portfolio of past projects demonstrating enterpriselevel application delivery.
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
- Capability to clear a rigorous client interview process.
- Flexibility to adapt to US time zones as necessary.
