Job Description

Job Summary

As Head of Sales you will be responsible for leading and executing our sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence within the regions.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Senior level
  • Experience Length : 7 year


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the companys overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure effective execution of sales initiatives.
  • Build lead and motivate a highperformance sales team.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to sales professionals fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets and KPIs monitoring performance and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Identify new business opportunities market segments and partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients strategic partners and stakeholders.
  • Ensure a customercentric approach in all trade activities addressing client needs and concerns proactively.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends competitor activities and opportunities for expansion.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market intelligence.
  • Oversee sales forecasting budgeting and reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to optimize sales processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role preferably in B2B ecommerce or related industries.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.




Requirements


  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
  • 7 years of proven experience in a senior sales leadership role preferably in B2B ecommerce or related industries.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Sales management and supplier relationship management.
  • Proficient in using Zoho CRM.
  • Project management.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market dynamics and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
