Job Description

Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Alpharetta GA

Are you a driven selfmotivated individual with a passion for connecting with people and contributing to business growth Join our dynamic team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and play a critical role in our business development strategy.

While this is not a direct sales position the SDR is essential to understanding and nurturing client relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to gather document and update key information related to our clients future purchasing intentions enabling our sales team to meet customer needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 30 outbound calls per day to engage potential and existing clients.
  • Collect and document critical information about clients future purchasing needs and intentions.
  • Build strong rapport with clients and maintain professional ongoing relationships.
  • Use our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to organize and record all client interactions events and next steps.
  • Work independently to manage your schedule and meet daily expectations.

Required Skills and Attributes:
  • Excellent Verbal Communication: Ability to engage in meaningful conversations with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong Written Communication: Document discussions and events clearly and effectively in a structured format.
  • DetailOriented Consistency: Maintain accurate and organized records in CRM systems.
  • SelfOrganization: Effectively manage time and tasks to meet daily goals.
  • Independence: Stay motivated to achieve objectives without constant oversight.
  • Passion for Growth: Demonstrate a commitment to personal and professional development.


Requirements

Desired Experience:

  • Previous experience in marketing sales or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce HubSpot or ZoHo.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel).
  • Strong critical thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Proven selfmotivation to achieve both individual and team goals.
