Job Description

Job Overview:

Teknorix a leader in IT solutions and product engineering services is looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As an SDR you will be on the front lines of our sales efforts responsible for identifying potential clients generating leads and setting up meetings for the sales team. This role is crucial in expanding Teknorixs market presence by targeting businesses that can benefit from our innovative IT services and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
    • Research and identify potential clients through various channels such as online databases social media and industryspecific resources.
    • Generate new leads by prospecting through outbound calls emails and social media.
    • Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns webinars and website inquiries and assign them to the appropriate sales executives.
  • Outreach & Engagement:
    • Conduct highvolume outreach to prospective clients via cold calls and personalized emails to build initial interest.
    • Effectively communicate Teknorixs value proposition and service offerings focusing on how our IT solutions can meet the needs of potential clients.
    • Nurture leads by providing relevant content and information to keep them engaged until they are ready to move forward in the sales process.
  • Meeting Scheduling:
    • Set up discovery calls and meetings for sales executives with qualified prospects.
    • Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead progress in CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from lead qualification to handoff.
  • Market Research & Analysis:
    • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to better understand the market and how Teknorix can best position itself to meet client needs.
    • Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams on the effectiveness of outreach strategies and potential improvements.
  • Tracking & Reporting:
    • Track lead generation metrics such as the number of outreach activities response rates and qualified leads.
    • Prepare regular reports on lead activity conversions and progress toward sales targets for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 12 years of experience in sales business development or a customerfacing role. Experience in the IT or SaaS industry is a plus but not required.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate Teknorixs value proposition.
  • SelfMotivation: Highly motivated resultsdriven individual with a passion for sales and the ability to work independently to meet targets.
  • TechSavvy: Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce HubSpot or similar) and other sales tools. Basic understanding of IT solutions or software development is a plus.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively with a sales team marketing department and other internal stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field.
