Job Description
- Act as a point of contact between the company and suppliers.
- Identify potential suppliers based on project requirements.
- Negotiate contracts terms and deadlines with vendors and suppliers.
- Work closely with the legal department to ensure contract terms are favorable to the organization.
- Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and costeffective.
- Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
- Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and ongoing to ensure ongoing feasibility.
- Building and maintaining longterm relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
- Keep a growing pool of vendors and products (locally and internationally)
- Manage the Stock master list for effective pricing and cost management
- Ensure timely stock pickup/availability
- Keep a growing list of vendors to be onboarded (pipeline)
- Prioritize Bluechip vendors in commercial planning engagement
- Liaise with the Technology and marketing team on Campaigns for Vendor stock sellout
- Product and process SOP development with the Ops team to ensure proper management of stock delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s Degree (Preferably Chemistry background or considerable related experience).
- At least 3 years experience.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- A person of high integrity.
- Must be a good team player.
- Must be flexible.
- Creative problemsolving skills
- Negotiation and value selling
