Job Description

  • Acting as the official representative of the Company on site dealing with the
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends competition and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Set sales goals and KPIs for the team and monitor progress.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the water solutions sector including industrial commercial and municipal markets.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients consultants and industry partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and create tailored proposals to meet their needs.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients by providing excellent service and support.
  • Address customer inquiries resolve complaints and ensure longterm customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to understand their evolving needs and offer customized solutions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest water solutions technologies products and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to design and propose effective solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Lead train and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Foster a highperformance culture by providing regular feedback and professional development opportunities.
  • Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Prepare regular sales and development reports including revenue forecasts and market analysis.
  • Track sales metrics and analyze performance data to inform decisionmaking.
