Job Description
- Acting as the official representative of the Company on site dealing with the
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends competition and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Set sales goals and KPIs for the team and monitor progress.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the water solutions sector including industrial commercial and municipal markets.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients consultants and industry partners.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and create tailored proposals to meet their needs.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients by providing excellent service and support.
- Address customer inquiries resolve complaints and ensure longterm customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand their evolving needs and offer customized solutions.
- Stay up to date with the latest water solutions technologies products and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the technical team to design and propose effective solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Lead train and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Foster a highperformance culture by providing regular feedback and professional development opportunities.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Prepare regular sales and development reports including revenue forecasts and market analysis.
- Track sales metrics and analyze performance data to inform decisionmaking.
