Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management: Oversee and manage the payroll process to ensure timely accurate and compliant compensation for all employees.
Employee Retention: Develop and implement effective retention strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.
Training & Development: Design deliver and evaluate training programs to foster employee growth and enhance organizational capabilities.
Collaborate with leadership teams to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
Monitor and ensure compliance with all employment laws regulations and internal policies.
Provide guidance and support to management and staff on HRrelated issues.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 6 years of experience in Human Resources..
Strong understanding of payroll systems compliance requirements and best practices in employee compensation.
Proven experience in creating and executing employee retention initiatives and training programs.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
