• Maximizing growth potential with average revenue
• Manage an annual cost
• Increase dealers base
• Preparing the monthly trade and team targets while focusing on the areas with the market share gap.
• Preparing the monthly supply plan to cover all the dealers’ categories along with ensuring the quality based distribution.
• Achieving the trade quota 100%
• Growing new accounts by searching for the potential dealers & hunting the good dealers from competition.
• Supporting new products .i.e. Expanding Vodafone new handsets projects in the assigned region.
• Presenting business reviews regularly.
• Respond to supplier’s requests effectively.
• Preparing sales forecasts that meets the company expansion.
2. Organisational Capacity
•Provide leadership and support for all team members.
• Working closely with the regionalization team to close any market share gaps.
• Ensure that Sales team gets the proper training required to run their day to day job.
• Implement new sales force KPI’s, through proper organization to achieve our target to reach and cover.
• Clarify goals and tasks, and gather ideas for improvement.
• Conducting performance reviews with all team members.
• Communicating the competitors’ tactical/moves to the top management.
• Synchronize Vodafone strategy in trade
3 Systems Development
• Get greater visibility over channel by introducing new channel utilization plans to match department goals
• Ensure that systems are working properly and reports are managed in an accurate manner.
• Expanding Vodafone footprint in trade.
• Reporting and representing by all the competitor moves in his region.
• Working closely with selected aggregators to ensure following company strategy
