Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Lookman Electroplast Industries Limited. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of HR practices and be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit formalities. The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

    • Manage endtoend recruitment process including job postings sourcing screening interviewing and selecting candidates.

    • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

  2. Employee Relations:

    • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.

    • Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement and handling conflict resolution.

  3. HR Policies and Compliance:

    • Develop implement and maintain HR policies in compliance with labor laws.

    • Ensure the organization adheres to all statutory regulations and legal requirements.

  4. Payroll and Benefits Administration:

    • Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timely payments.

    • Manage employee benefits programs including insurance and leave policies.

  5. Performance Management:

    • Coordinate performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers on performance reviews.

    • Assist in identifying training needs and organizing development programs.

  6. HR Administration:

    • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality.

    • Prepare HR reports and analyze metrics to support management decisions.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.

  • Proven experience of 5 years as an HR Generalist or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

  • Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
