About your tasks:
- Build and lead the AdTech & MarTech product area designing scalable solutions for segmentation personalization and customer engagement.
- Oversee the optimization of our Customer Data Platform to enable effective segmentation and insights for personalized campaigns.
- Drive the development of selfservice tools enabling marketing and retail media stakeholders to execute strategies with minimal dependency.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and data teams to ensure the creation of innovative tools that align with business goals.
- Foster crossfunctional relationships to unlock synergies across Marketing Data & AI and Category Management.
Qualifications :
About you:
- Proven leadership experience in Product Management with a focus on MarTech AdTech or comparable areas.
- Strong expertise in ecommerce and customer data platforms with a history of creating impactful datadriven solutions.
- Youre excited to work in a highly collaborative innovative environment with a focus on stakeholder empowerment.
- Experience in buy vs. build decisions and consolidating purchased tools for maximum effectiveness.
