Tasks
- You support lead sourcing and assist in managing outbound campaigns in HubSpot CRM to help identify and engage potential clients.
- You assist with market research and competitor analysis to provide valuable insights for strategic decisions.
- You research industry trends and developments to prepare input for whitepapers and other thought leadership initiatives.
- You prepare professional reports presentations and RFP documents to support internal and external communication.
- You contribute to the creation of highquality marketing materials in collaboration with the team.
- You assist in organizing trade shows and support related administrative tasks to ensure smooth execution.
- You help maintain and optimize HubSpot CRM ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Marketing Business Administration Media/Communications or a related field.
- Open personality and strong communication skills.
- High level of commitment motivation and ability to work independently.
- Strong analytical skills and a structured resultsoriented approach to work.
- Ideally you have some practical experience in sales or a related field.
- And yes: You are fluent in English and German!
