Job Description

Description

  • Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle including planning design procurement construction commissioning and final handover.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as architects engineers and contractors to develop detailed project plans schedules and budgets.
  • Ensure that fitout and expansion projects meet all contractual requirements and client expectations.
  • Supervise the installation and integration of MEP systems including power distribution cooling fire suppression and security.
  • Track project progress addressing any issues or risks that might affect the delivery timeline.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with design specifications local regulations and industry standards.
  • Optimize the use of project resources including personnel equipment and materials to maximize productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients consultants contractors and suppliers for effective collaboration and project success.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management highlighting progress risks and opportunities.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve processes and best practices to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirement

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing projects in the construction industry with a focus on client fitout and expansion.
  • Deep understanding of MEP systems preferably within the data centre industry.
  • Knowledge of local building codes regulations and industry standards.
  • Proven project management skills including planning organization and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a history of successful stakeholder management.
  • Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and experience managing risks and conflicts.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is desirable.
  • Experience with new construction projects is advantageous.
