o Develop and manage financial budgets forecasts and longterm financial plans.
o Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
o Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports for management review.
2. Cost Management:
o Analyze manufacturing costs including labor materials and overhead to identify costsaving opportunities.
o Partner with production teams to optimize cost efficiencies without compromising quality.
o Ensure accurate calculation and management of standard costing.
3. Accounting and Compliance:
o Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable receivable and general ledger.
o Ensure compliance with local financial regulations tax laws and company policies.
o Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
4. Cash Flow and Treasury Management:
o Monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
o Optimize working capital and manage banking relationships.
o Oversee debt management and capital expenditure planning.
5. Strategic Leadership:
o Support senior management with financial insights and recommendations for strategic decisionmaking.
o Evaluate investment opportunities and assess financial risks.
o Lead initiatives to improve financial processes and systems.
6. Team Leadership:
o Manage mentor and develop the finance team to achieve high performance.
o Foster a culture of accountability innovation and collaboration within the finance department.
Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field (CPA CMA or equivalent is an advantage).
7 years of experience in finance with at least 3 years in a managerial role preferably in the manufacturing or automotive industry.
Strong understanding of financial principles cost accounting and manufacturing processes.
Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle).
Excellent analytical strategic thinking and problemsolving skills.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work crossfunctionally.
High level of integrity and commitment to ethical practices.
