Job Description

Complete full set of simple investment holding monthly accounts ensuring records and documentation filing are done correctly
Responsible to follow up on monthly management fee charging and collection to subsidiaries ensuring sufficient cash flow for company needs
Prepare payment and claims documentation and follow up on approvals
Handle the yearend audit liaise with company secretary tax submissions.

Requirements

Candidate must possess a Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
At least 3 years Finance/ Accountancy working experience.
Sage accounting system (desirable)
