Position Summary:
Primary function is to be able to prepare generate and release accurate monthly billing statements on time to answer all tenants queries regarding the billing statements and to perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTIONS
- Prepare Statement of Account (SOA) and its attachment.
- Prepare the following reports:
- A) Monthly A/R Books
- B) Monthly ExCom Reports
- C) Quarterly Certificate of Withholding Taxes Report
- Incharge of file maintenance of various Statement of Accounts.
- Prepares Tenants Accountability Clearance Form (TACRF) and Construction Bond (CB) refund.
- Orient incoming tenants about Billings polies and procedures.
- Handle all matters pertaining to tenants queries regarding billing.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and security of the office including equipment utilized by the department.
- Initiate the supplies requisition for the department.
- In charge of safekeeping and control of office supplies for use of the section; and
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in accountancy or any businessrelated course.
- With at least 1 work experience in accounting or finance field.
- Experience in Mall setup is a plus.
- Willing to be assigned in Alabang.
