Technical Customer Service Representative (Dutch Speaker) Lisbon Portugal
Are you a Dutchspeaking professional looking for an exciting opportunity in sunny Lisbon A leading international company in the customer service industry is seeking technical support specialists to join their growing team.
Position Overview: Were looking for a technicallyinclined Customer Service Advisor to provide comprehensive support through multiple channels including phone email chat and social media platforms. This role combines technical troubleshooting with customer service excellence in a dynamic multicultural environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Native Dutch language proficiency
- Minimum B2 level English
- Technical customer service experience (preferred)
- Experience in technical troubleshooting (preferred)
- Strong communication skills across multiple channels
- Ability to adapt communication style for different platforms
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance
- Handle presales inquiries and general customer questions
- Manage customer interactions across various channels (phone/email/chat/social media)
- Adapt brand voice and tone for both private and public communications
- Document case information and maintain accurate records
- Manage escalations and route issues to appropriate support tiers
- Deliver professional customer service in line with company standards
We Offer:
- Base Salary: 1100 per month (paid 14 times per year)
- Performance Bonus: 120 monthly (12 months)
- Complexity Bonus: 135 monthly (12 months)
- Total Annual Income: 18460
- Daily Meal Allowance: 7.23 (net)
- Health Insurance (after 6 months)
- Flight Ticket Reimbursement (after 6 months)
- Subsidized Accommodation: Private room for 280/month (deducted from salary)
Working Conditions:
- Location: Orient Lisbon
- Contract Type: Permanent (CDI) with 3month trial period
- Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8 AM 8 PM Saturday to Sunday: 8 AM 5 PM
- Work Environment: Onsite (possibility for remote work may be discussed)
