Our client is looking for amazing professional French speakers to join their team supporting clients of a well known Tourism brand. You will be able to work from home but based in Portugal. Candidates from abroad can relocate and work from home in the center or south of the country!
Tasks
- Assist customers with their travel plans bookings and inquiries via phone email and chat.
- Provide detailed information about destinations accommodations tours and travel services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently ensuring satisfaction.
- Handle reservation changes cancellations and rebooking requests with professionalism.
- Stay updated on tourism trends and company services to deliver accurate information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluent in French (written and spoken) and good command of English.
- Previous experience in customer service or the tourism industry is a plus.
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced customerfocused environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and booking platforms is advantageous.
- A positive attitude empathy and a passion for travel.
