What Youll Do:
- Utilize your knowledge of automotive and digital products to truobleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions resolutions and followups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Staying update on clients latest offers policies and services to provide customers with accurate and timely information.
- Exibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in Danish (C1 level or above) and advance in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
