Job Title: Legal Operation Analyst
Location: Onsite Oeiras Portugal
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Job Summary:
This role focuses on content moderation specifically reviewing written content on social media platforms. The primary responsibility involves flagging and assessing social media profiles and related content to identify and address issues like fraud or copyright infringement. The analyst will handle legal requests ensuring compliance with client policies guidelines and performance metrics. The position requires strong attention to detail to meet quality standards and deadlines. Note: This role does not involve typing or watching videos.
Responsibilities:
- Moderate written content to identify and mitigate potential fraud or copyright infringement.
- Review and process legal requests promptly and accurately.
- Understand and adhere to key performance indicators (KPIs) such as First Call Resolution (FCR) Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of client policies and guidelines.
- Ensure all tasks are completed within agreed turnaround times and meet quality standards.
Requirements:
- Experience: No previous experience required; maximum of 12 months experience within content moderation preferred.
- Skills:
- Good understanding of KPIs and metrics (FCR SLA CSAT).
- Fluent in German.
- B2 level English.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual Base Salary: 15260 (including meal and transportation allowances)
- Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of yearly gross base salary
- Language Premium Bonus: 3240/year
- Total Annual Compensation: 18500 gross

Contract Details:
- Type of Contract: 2month training agreement 1year fixedterm contract
- Probation: 30 days
Relocation Support (for candidates moving from outside Continental Portugal):
- Bureaucratic support to obtain NIF and NISS
- Assistance in finding suitable housing
- Relocation bonus: 2000 gross (paid with first payroll cycle)
- Additional 1000 gross relocation bonus (if relocating from outside the Lisbon metropolitan area to Lisbon)
