Job Description
Job Title: Advertisers Support for Italian Market
Location: Lisbon Portugal
About the Role:
We are seeking motivated and customerfocused individuals to join our team in Lisbon providing essential support to small and mediumsized businesses (SMBs) advertising on various platforms. You will play a vital role in helping these businesses succeed by providing timely and effective assistance with their advertising campaigns. If you are passionate about digital marketing possess excellent communication skills and enjoy problemsolving this is an excellent opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to SMBs via chat email and phone addressing their postsales inquiries.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users on the platform to improve their advertising experience.
- Identify trends in user issues and proactively contribute to solutions that benefit multiple SMB clients.
- Contribute to a positive and helpful environment ensuring advertisers have the resources they need to thrive.
Training:
- A comprehensive 15day training program (8 hours/day) will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Training includes team integration software and product training customer management techniques and onthejob experience.
- Successful completion of the training program is compensated.
Working Conditions:
- Fulltime position: 40 hours per week.
- Rotational shifts between 06:00 am and 24:00.
- 22 days of paid holiday per year including Portuguese public holidays.
- Holiday and Christmas bonuses equivalent to the base salary.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Training Compensation: 92.80 weekly.
- Monthly Gross Salary:
- Base salary: 1039 (without accommodation) 760 (with accommodation).
- Total gross salary: 1366.17 (without accommodation) 1040.68 (with accommodation).
- Contract Type: Temporary renewable for 12 months with the possibility of a permanent contract after 2 years.
Location & Accessibility:
- Our headquarters is located in Lisbon with multiple office buildings.
- Easily accessible via metro bus and train.
