We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment HR management and talent development. This role is crucial in supporting our mission to attract retain and develop top talent within FL and our portfolio companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Hiring:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process including job postings candidate screening interviewing and selection.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.
HR Management:
- Handle daytoday HR matters including employee relations benefits administration and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records and HR databases.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Talent Development:
- Design and implement training programs to upskill and develop team members.
- Identify learning and development needs through job analysis appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers.
- Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness success and ROI periodically and report on them.
- Employee Engagement:
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR management recruitment and talent development preferably in the learning and talent development department.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Talent Manager:
We are looking for a young energetic selfstarter.
The person should be familiar with the startup ecosystem and should have 3 years of work experience. Preferably she comes from the learning and development department from one of the larger startups / scale ups in PH but also knows general HR / HR compliance. We are actively trying to increase the female ratio in our team but at the end of the day the best candidate will win. Budget: <100k PHP
