Job Description: ItalianSpeaking Customer Advisor (Web Services)
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Position: Fulltime Onsite
Are you passionate about customer service and fluent in Italian We are seeking a motivated Italianspeaking Customer Advisor to join our team in Lisbon. As part of our customer service team you will be responsible for providing highquality support for web services assisting customers with a variety of inquiries and helping them navigate our online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to Italianspeaking clients assisting with webrelated inquiries troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Offer clear professional and friendly support via phone email or chat.
- Guide customers through our web services ensuring they have a positive user experience.
- Document customer interactions and provide feedback on recurring issues to improve service quality.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian (mandatory).
- B2 level of English (mandatory).
- Prior experience in customer service or web services is a plus but not a requirement.
- Excellent communication skills and a customercentric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
Shift Details:
- Working hours: Monday to Saturday 07:00 to 19:00 (Rotational shifts).
- Days Off: Sunday 1 rotational day.
Additional Benefits:
- Relocation support (for candidates moving from outside Portugal):
- Airfare reimbursement up to 400 (economy class) after 6 months of the contract.
- Accommodation: Shared apartment provided for up to 12 months with rent of 280 per month including all utility bills. Rent is deducted directly from the payslip.
