Job Description
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Role: French speaking Digital Solutions Specialist
Salary: basic gross p/m Euro 890 (paid 14 x per year) Euro 90 gross p/m fixed language bonus and 7.23 net Euro per working day food voucher and 20 Euro transport allowance
Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational between Monday to Friday between 6am10pm
Relocation package: flight reimbursement at the end of the 6th month of contract up to 400€ plus room in a shared apartment for a maximum period of 12 months with rent of 280€ with all utilities bills included (discounted directly from your salary)

Our client is a global outsourcing partner they currently operate in over 35 different countries worldwide. For their multilingual hub in the beautiful capital city in Lisbon they are looking to recruit French speaking Digital Solution Specialists.
The Role
As a Digital Solution Specialist you will be working for a cloudbased development platform. It's your responsibility to deliver outstanding customer support through chat email and phone communication.
Your daily tasks could involve:
- Resolve user issues by providing clear guidance and effective solutions.
- Assist users in understanding and utilizing platform features to maximize the potential of their websites.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to address and resolve advanced technical challenges.
- Maintain current knowledge of platform updates and new features to ensure accurate and relevant support.
- Gather and communicate user feedback to contribute to enhancing the overall user experience.
Requirements
- Fluent French and English
- Previous Customer Support experience desired
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and attention to details
Salary and benefits
Competitive monthly gross salary of basic gross p/m Euro 890 plus gros fixed language bonus of 90 euro p/m plus net per working day 7.23 Euro food voucher. Transport allowance of 20 EUR p/m is given.
