Key Responsibilities: As a GermanSpeaking Customer Advisor you will be the first point of contact for our Germanspeaking customers ensuring they receive exceptional service. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Customer Support: Assist customers via phone email and live chat addressing their inquiries and providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Web Services Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of the companys web services offering accurate clear and helpful information to customers.
• ProblemSolving: Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver personalized solutions that meet their needs.
• Communication: Communicate professionally empathetically and clearly with customers ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.
• Collaboration: Work with colleagues across various departments to resolve complex issues and improve customer service.
• Customer Feedback: Collect valuable feedback from customers to share with the company for service improvements.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions solutions and feedback in our internal systems.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in German and at least intermediate English (B2). You should be able to effectively communicate in both languages.
• Experience: Prior experience in customer service is advantageous but not required. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued.

Schedule:

• Monday to Sunday: Rotational shifts within the schedule below:
  • Monday to Friday: 08:00h 18:00h
  • Saturday and Sunday: 08:00h 17:00h
  • (Occasionally you may be required to work from 08:00h 19:00h)
• Days off: Two rotational days off
