Referral Opportunity: ItalianSpeaking Consultant Roles
Sutherland Bulgaria is looking for motivated candidates for Italianspeaking Consultant roles with internationally renowned clients. As a Sutherland employee you can help us find top talent by referring friends or acquaintances! If your referral is hired youll receive a referral bonus. Each referral is reviewed by our Talent Acquisition Team to find the best fit for open roles. If there are no current openings well keep their information for 6 months and get in touch once a suitable position becomes available.
Qualifications for Referral Bonus Eligibility:
To qualify for the referral bonus your referral should:
Speak both Italian and English at a B2 level or higher
Be eligible to work in Bulgaria (EU citizen or NONEU with a valid Bulgarian ID card)
Join Sutherland on a permanent employment contract
Complete a 6month probation period
Referrals are valid for 6 months after which they need to be resubmitted to qualify for the bonus.
How the Internal Referral Program Works:
Submit Referral: Log in to SmartRecruiters and submit your friends details. An email confirmation from SmartRecruiters will be sent but it does not guarantee bonus eligibility.
Notify Your Friend: Let them know youve referred them to Sutherland!
Our Team Contacts Them: If eligible our Talent Acquisition Team will reach out to start the process. If there are no current openings well keep their information on file and get in touch once a suitable position becomes available.
Earn Your Bonus: Receive your referral bonus in two installments upon successful hiring:
50% after the first month of employment
50% after the successful completion of the probation period

Program Duration: The Referral program is open for the whole year.
Position Availability: All actual positions are listed in Fridays newsletter.
Eligible Referrals: All Sutherland employees from Level 1 to Level 4 are eligible to refer candidates.
Referral Validity: Referrals must have six months of inactivity if theyve previously applied before the referral is eligible for a bonus.
Referral Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the refer portal before the referred applicant completes their application. Referrals are processed by the Talent Acquisition Team and the bonus is paid after the referred employee meets milestone dates.
