This is a remote role for candidates located in Bulgaria with the option for hybrid work in Sofia if relocation is preferred.
Position Overview:
As a PolishSpeaking Customer Advisor you will play a critical role in ensuring that our Polishspeaking customers receive excellent support across various channels. You will assist with product inquiries order management troubleshooting and resolving customer issues promptly and professionally. While prior experience in customer service is a plus we value enthusiasm a willingness to learn and a genuine passion for sports.
This position offers a remote work opportunity within Bulgaria and candidates who prefer hybrid work in Sofia will be provided with relocation assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional service to Polishspeaking customers via email phone and live chat offering timely and professional assistance for inquiries product information and troubleshooting.
- Product and Service Assistance: Help customers understand our products explain features guide them through the purchasing process and assist with any aftersales support including returns or exchanges.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism working to resolve them quickly and to the customers satisfaction.
- Documentation and Case Management: Accurately document customer interactions and maintain uptodate records in our CRM system for followup feedback and process improvements.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work alongside internal teams (e.g. sales logistics technical support) to ensure a seamless customer experience and to address any product or servicerelated challenges.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge industry trends and company policies to provide the best possible advice and assistance to our customers.
- Customer Feedback: Gather valuable insights from customers to inform improvements to our products and services contributing to the companys growth and success.
Required Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Polish (B2 level minimum) and English (B2 level minimum) is required. You should be able to communicate effectively and professionally with customers in both languages.
- Customer Service Experience: While prior experience in customer service is advantageous we welcome candidates with a strong customerfirst mentality willingness to learn and a passion for helping others.
- ProblemSolving Skills: Strong ability to handle complex customer issues and find creative solutions that meet customer needs while aligning with company policies.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in using customer service software CRMs and general computer applications. Full training will be provided.
- Sports Enthusiasm: A genuine passion for sports whether recreational or professional is highly desirable. Understanding the sports industry will enable you to better relate to and assist our customers.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic fastpaced environment and adapt to changing customer needs and industry trends.
- Team Player: While the role is remote you should have the ability to collaborate effectively with remote colleagues and crossfunctional teams.
