Mid Level Software Engineer Python - Service Logistics

We are on the lookout for a (MidLevel) Software Engineer Python  (Service Logistics) (all genders) to join the Global Help Center Tech team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.In order to achieve this goal we are building our automations to provide selfresolution and actions for all customers using DeliveryHero brands worldwide. Our mission is to create a seamless customer journey within the Help Center customer support in the App ensuring a robust suite of diverse automation is available to swiftly address issues and provide exceptional customer experiences. Were committed to making our business operations smoother and ensuring customers get help quickly whether through selfhelp tools or by connecting them with our support team in a fast manner.

• Provide a smooth automated selfresolution experience for customers worldwide using Delivery Hero brands

• Designing and implementing robust scalable and maintainable Pythonbased multiregional software solutions

• Writing clean efficient and welldocumented code while adhering to best practices and coding standards

• Collaborating with product managers designers and other developers to translate requirements into technical specifications

• Conducting code reviews debugging writing unit and integration tests and performing a moderate amount of QA

For Logistics

In our Logistics Team youll tackle highimpact challenges that make lastmile delivery efficient affordable and sustainable. Your work will directly improve experiences for riders end customers and merchants across the globe. Each enhancement you contribute will help Delivery Hero optimize delivery operations supporting expansion into new areas like grocery and retail.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Python Developer proficiency in FastAPI Django or other relevant frameworks with a minimum 2 years experience

• Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities

• Proficient understanding of software development principles design patterns and data structures

• Comfortable with REST APIs microservices SQL & NoSQL

• Experience with AWS services and containerization including Docker and Kubernetes is a big plus
