Were looking for a senior member in our Strategy & Ops team who will help drive Cloud & Cortexs next phase of growth. This individual would support the GTM Strategy through developing the multiyear roadmap to scale the business and creating an execution plan to make it a reality. Sample areas of focus include 3 YR growth plan organizational models compensation plans pipe generation activities customer engagement model approach to renewals and sales motion for crosssell & up sell. The person must be able to lead relationships with stakeholders across the GTM organization and partner with leaders from Product Finance and Sales Ops to drive alignment on the goforward approach and execution plan.
The ideal candidate is a selfstarter independent thinker deeply analytical and capable of working in a structured manner to thrive in ambiguity. You must be willing to roll up your sleeves slice and dice massive sets of information and create solutions to problems that have not been tackled yet.
This role is a hybrid of jobs in Corporate Strategy Planning Sales Operations and is an exciting career opportunity for an individual looking to transition from Strategy Consulting to a high growth industry and flex his/her strategy muscles to add value to the business.

The Team
The NextGen Security (NGS) business is a key growth driver for Palo Alto Networks with $4B ARR growing at 40% Y/Y. Cortex and Prisma Cloud are two of the largest businesses within NGS and offer market leading solutions for SOC Automation and Cloud Security. The Strategy & Ops team for Cloud & Cortex closely collaborates with leaders across the business to drive growth initiatives across both GTM and Product organizations. In addition to being an advisor and designing growth strategies and programs the team takes an owners mindset and drives these initiatives end to end ensuring harmony between strategy and execution.
Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications experience and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level the starting base salary (for nonsales roles) or base salary commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $158000 $255000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
