Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bottling Lead to oversee the operation of industrial bottling machinery in our gummy manufacturing facility. The Bottling Lead will ensure that all bottling operations run efficiently safely and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial machine operation a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to lead and train a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Bottling Operations Management:
- Oversee the operation maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial bottling machines used in the production of gummy products.
- Monitor production lines to ensure consistent highquality output and adherence to safety protocols.
- Adjust and calibrate bottling machinery to meet production requirements and specifications.
- Ensure all bottling processes comply with food safety regulations quality standards and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
Team Leadership and Training:
- Lead a team of operators and technicians providing direction motivation and guidance.
- Train and mentor new and existing employees on machine operation safety procedures and quality standards.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment ensuring clear communication among team members and other departments.
Quality Control:
- Conduct regular inspections of the final product to ensure it meets quality and packaging specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any quality or machine issues collaborating with maintenance and engineering teams as necessary.
- Record and document production data including downtime production rates and quality checks ensuring accurate reporting for continuous improvement.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
- Perform routine maintenance on bottling machines to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Work closely with maintenance teams to address mechanical issues quickly and minimize production disruptions.
- Proactively identify potential machine malfunctions and implement solutions before they impact production.
Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed and that employees work in a safe clean and wellmaintained environment.
- Perform safety audits and encourage a culture of safety within the bottling department.
- Ensure that all safety certifications are uptodate and that employees are properly trained in safety practices.
Continuous Improvement:
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements by suggesting ideas for operational efficiency machine performance and product quality.
- Participate in regular team meetings to review production metrics discuss challenges and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to implement new technologies or enhancements to the bottling process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or technical certification preferred).
- Proven experience (1 years) in operating maintaining and troubleshooting industrial bottling machinery ideally in a food or beverage manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Knowledge of food safety standards GMP and HACCP protocols.
- Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Previous experience in the food industry is required with a strong understanding of food safety regulations.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Ability to stand walk bend and reach for extended periods.
- Comfort working in a manufacturing environment that may involve exposure to noise temperature changes and machinery.

Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment. Perform regular inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and prevent production downtime. Troubleshoot mechanical issues using logic controllers, voltmeters, ohmmeters, and ammeters. Analyze equipment performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment. Collaborate with production teams to ensure that machinery is running smoothly and safely. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs. Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical certification or vocational training in industrial mechanics, mechanical engineering, or related fields preferred. At least 2 years of experience in industrial machinery maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or food production environment. Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and the ability to work with a variety of tools and equipment. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to adhere to them in all situations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emergencies effectively. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Requirements Proven experience as an Industrial Mechanic or similar role. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and electrical components. Bilingual Spanish - English for effective communication within the team. Familiarity with logic controllers and diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and ammeters. Ability to analyze complex mechanical problems and develop effective solutions. Experience with CMMS for tracking maintenance activities is preferred. Technical sales experience is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards. Job Type: Full-time Hours: Monday to Friday - 3:30pm to 11:30pm (2nd shift) Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
