Role: Technical Lead (Senior level)
Location: Chicago (Hybrid)

Mandatory Skills
- Background of Python and React
- Must have experience in implementing
- CRM/Salesforce related projects
- Some exposure to Al/GenAl
- Good comm skills
- Asset/Wealth management experience
Other skills/tasks
- Experience working in a technical role
- Develop processes and procedures for operational tasks
- Experience in Developing overall IT Design
- Understanding of complex architecture patterns and translating these into technical implementations
- Ensure internal process and documentation standards are maintained
- Identify project needs and required tasks organize project activities
- Experience with the Agile development process
- Expertise in project and resource management with a proven ability to assess and enhance existing applications for technical improvements
